The Diablo series is well known for its more basic storylines. Instead, the franchise focuses on the dungeon crawling, combat, and character progression to keep players locked in well after the credits roll. Like its predecessors, Diablo 4's main focus is on the gameplay, but that doesn't mean there aren't moments when players are given a choice.
