Ship cargo at maximum capacity? Just throw it on the ground!

Cargo capacity is crucial in Starfield for collecting and selling items, and leveling up and upgrading your character and ship allows for more storage.
A player has found a simple yet effective method to store excess cargo by leaving it on the floor of their ship, as long as they don't upgrade or edit the ship.
While this method may not be ideal or work for smuggling contraband, players have discovered other useful tricks in the game, such as skipping vendor wait times and changing FOV during flight.
